If you're wealthy enough to eat white rice, you do that. And that's because the toxins are in the outer part of the rice. But if you're just going to feed the people long enough to have babies so they can keep doing your bidding, you feed them the brown rice because who cares if they get extra arsenic and it's rough on their gut, it doesn't affect their ability to reproduce. And you could say that's such a dark view of the world. And you could say, oh wait, do we do that with our industrial farm animals? Yes, we do. It's so weird. We feed moldy grains and moldy corn to animals that we're not trying to get pregnant. But if we feed that to the animals that were trying to get pregnant, they can't get pregnant. So they feed the cleaner, more expensive food to the animals that they want to reproduce. And before they're going to die, they feed them the dirtiest food with the most toxins because, well, they're going to kill the animal before the toxins do. And then we eat those animals. That's why I'm a fan of grass fed grass finished meat, and I don't eat industrial meat almost ever. Actually. There's probably been 40 or 50 times in the last 10 years that I've had in industrial meat because there was just no other choice on a long trip.
