Most longevity talk focuses on living longer, but healthspan matters more. That's the years you actually feel good, not just alive. Someone healthy until 80 then dying at 81 beats living to 81 but sick from 65 onward.
Which is more important for you, performance or longevity? There are lots of ways.
To improve performance. They tend to be, in my opinion, very short term.
There are lots of ways to get big muscles right.
You can use anabolic steroids, get really big muscles, and you could improve your performance.
The way I think about longevity is it's not just adding years to your life, it's adding life to your years. Let's say you gave.
Somebody the choice of extending.
Their life, but not really their health span. So if we say, okay, everybody's going to die at 81, but you're going to thrive until your 80th birthday versus everybody's going to die at 81, and you're going to thrive until your 65th birthday, I think that's where the market really lies, is how first do we add life to our years, and then we can talk about how do we add years to our life.
