Hi, I'm David Price, the short guy who helps you walk tall, and here's confidence tip number 13. Stop saying sorry. Get rid of it from your vocabulary. I employed a guy once as a casual, and every sentence started with sorry. Now, I don't mean literally every sentence, but almost every sentence started with sorry. And I said to him, you've got to get it out of your vocabulary. We did eventually, And he became much more confident. So if you're a person who finds yourself saying sorry a lot, remove it from your vocabulary. It doesn't add to your confidence. In fact, it detracts from it.
