This is Confidence Tip number 46. Your brain learns from evidence. Everything you do adds to the experience that your brain accumulates and tells you. So if you do things that are stretching yourself a little and really do show your confidence, your brain will remember that. And it's going to be much, much easier the next time. So remember, your brain stores everything, and that becomes evidence for it to give you confidence.
