David Price here, the short guy who helps you walk tall. This is confidence tip number 49. And it is start before you're ready. Now, I know that sounds really scary. And it sounds in some ways silly. But some people spend all their time getting ready. And they never actually do what it is they're getting ready for because it's now past, the need for it is gone. But the people who just launch in and do it, learn a lot and move further, and they move faster. There's a saying, and it normally goes ready, aim, fire. But in this context, it's ready, fire, aim. Get ready, obviously do some work before, some readiness, but don't spend an enormous amount of time doing that. Ready, then fire, that is, do what it is you've been getting ready for. Then evaluate, see how you went, learn from it. You'll grow in your confidence significantly by not spending as much time getting ready. Just deliver the goods, whatever it is you're going to do. Scary, I know, but this will make your confidence grow significantly further and faster.
