If you are crystal clear about what you need to say, and/or what you need to do, and how you need to appear, then that gives you clarity. And that clarity grows into confidence, and it grows into confidence quite quickly. Because if you're crystal clear about what it is you need to do and how you need to do it, You'll come over as a confident person, and you'll feel confident, and you'll grow from that.
