David Price says courage isn't dramatic. It's speaking up in meetings, respectfully disagreeing, showing up. Confidence and courage feed each other: act brave and you build confidence, which makes the next brave thing easier.

Hello, David Price here, the short guy who helps you walk tall. This is confidence tip number 65. It's an unusual one, needs a bit of thinking. Courage sounds ordinary. The confidence That is gained by having courage, or you could argue the other way around, courage is attained by having confidence. It's just ordinary. It's just doing what you need to do. Speak up in a meeting. Say when you disagree with something respectfully. Participate in conversations. Courage is just ordinary. It's nothing special. That's what confidence is.
