Decision-making and implementation is another of the 3 core areas of my expertise. Nothing happens until a decision is made. So I work with organisations to help them make decisions that are effective, that work, and to make them as quickly as possible or in a timely fashion. It's been found on a survey of hundreds of CEOs that they say 50% of the decisions they make, not individually but as an organisation, end up being the wrong decision. Now, 50% is a high percentage to be making the wrong decision, and there are lots of reasons for that. That's my body of knowledge that I bring in and share with you to how you can improve your decision-making and how you can make your decisions in a more timely manner. But a decision is worth nothing if it is not implemented. And a staggering number of decisions in organisations, the research shows, are never actually implemented, or they're never implemented fully. Now, that's really an area that that I enjoy working in, showing people how to get engagement and how to actually get the decisions that they make implemented, again, in a timely manner and in a way that makes the decision work. So decision-making and implementation, one of the other core subjects in my 3 areas of expertise.
