Formal meeting procedure is still alive. It's used in local government, union meetings, community associations use it a lot. The thing about meeting procedure is people think it's really boring. Well, I don't, and so when I present on meeting procedure, I make it come alive. I have particular models I use that make it come alive, and so I present in an engaging and an entertaining way, but most importantly, in a way that gives It gives absolute clarity to the understanding of meeting procedure. It sounds difficult on the surface, but it's not really. It's just like a game of chess, and you need to know the rules and you need to know the strategy, and I cover both. What I also do is show people how you can make formal meeting procedure informal and get the result that you want. So it actually applies to all sorts of meetings.
