You. I'm Denise Deeley. I am the owner and founder of 360 Engineering. We're a mechanical engineering firm located in Golden, Colorado and we focus on mechanical engineering for the commercial building industry. One of the reasons I joined TAB is as a sole business owner. There was really difficult to have conversations and make decisions when you're arguing with yourself. And it gave me an opportunity to meet with other fellow peers and discuss issues, concerns, risks, rewards and have a sounding board that I wasn't having just as a sole entrepreneur. Tab's been different in receiving advice as compared to, you know, researching information online or going to other employer council groups or even just industry based groups of meeting because it's a really intimate conversation that you're having with your peer board. You're able to truly be honest, you're able to ask the questions that are really keeping you up late at night and dive down into the details. It's just a much more family based conversation that you're having, but yet it's an honest conversation. We joined TAB approximately five years ago and I've experienced some great growth personally in my ability to vision for the company to be able to game plan. Where are we going to go, how are we going to get there, what markets are we going to pursue, what areas are we strong in, what areas are we weak in, how can we strengthen our weaknesses? And our company has grown threefold over the course of this time and to make me have to pull back and step back and look at the bigger vision of the company has been something that TAB is great and beneficial for the firm because I've had to take that leadership role and develop it beyond what I was comfortable with and make it be that bigger leadership vision requiring me to work on the company itself and not dive into the details of the project. You could say I'm less worried about the trees and more worried about the forest. Now TAB is an absolute wonderful organization. They have multiple tools online that you can use, they have dashboards that you can check in with. So it's not just your coach and your peer board, which I personally love, but there's also self learning and other tools that are provided to you to help you navigate through the ownership of business.
