The biggest problem that happens with business owners is they have a great idea, but then they start focusing on how do I make this go faster or get bigger? And they often forget, are they still going in the right direction? I'm Brian Stewart, and I help small business owners eliminate the cost of dysfunction. I help them create a future that others want to build with them by helping create their own strategy playbook that helps them win in any area in their field. I've spent the last decade and a half working with some of the biggest companies in the world, being an internal consultant and even being a director inside of companies. And I saw all of the things that were not going right and how with a lack of strategy, that's why things weren't working. And when you actually applied real strategy, things worked. And I wanted to take all that information and share it not just with big companies, but with as many people as I can. And that's why I started my own consulting firm, so that I can build those relationships and deliver that to those that aren't the big companies. One of the biggest challenges I see when I work with small business owners is they have this amazing idea that they want to take and they start to build a system or a business around it. But often as they start to grow, they're putting in so much effort, but they're not actually seeing the results. When you get so focused as a leader on your area, you often forget about where the company is actually going and what your area is supposed to do to make sure that part of the strategy becomes real. Creating a strategy really is not complicated. It's something that I can do in as little as two days with you. If that's something that you're interested in doing, sign up for a free call below and let's figure out how we can get your strategy lined up.
