Lloyd at Cool Commercial Roofing handled a large-hail claim for Marr Properties after insurance denied damage. He built a 1200-page report with storm radar evidence that reversed the denial, then mobilized crews to finish the job in four months instead of the expected 1.5 to 2 years. Six years later, no leaks or complaints.

2017, we had a large hail storm, had over a million square foot of roofing.
We had damage and all. Insurance company was basically refusing to come out and look. They said they had this radar and we didn't show any damage, any physical damage. Once Lloyd got involved, things started happening and turns out we had a lot of damage that they were trying to deny.
He could put together a report of what the cost would be to solve the problem that we had.
After reviewing the 1200 page report that they gave us, I knew that it was obvious what really happened that day. Once it went in, the money flowed. Everything happened just like Lloyd said it would.
Lloyd brought in like four crews to work on it and we knocked the work out very quickly at that point and that made our tenants very satisfied. Other contractors that we talked to, that type of job was going to be one and a half to two years. With Boyd and his crew. He was able to complete the job in about four months.
Lloyd had all the technology available. He had his own radar event system that he used.
The technology was very helpful in dealing with the insurance carrier. That was really the icing on the cake. It showed that there was a storm there, that the hail was of a certain size and it would have caused the damage that we were making a claim for. Here at Marr Properties, we recommend cool commercial roofing. We've not had any complaints in six years. Since the roofs were put on, there's been no leaks. They brought the job in on budget, they did it on time and they provided the support that we needed to work with our insurance carrier to make sure that we got the job done that we deserved.
