People work with us for a few different reasons. The main thing is we care. We know that every business matters. It's the lifeblood of not only the owner, but every person that works there. And we feel it's our obligation and our mission to make sure they are always operating at their best ability. Our ideal relationship is working with businesses that really want to leverage technology to improve their business, Maybe tying complex systems together, streamlining things, improving their data, improving general business operations. We do all of that for our partners. And if you want to leverage technology to improve your business, that's where Tower comes into play. We are great in that space.
They really have truly been a strategic partner in every aspect of our growth. We've grown tremendously over the last 17 years that I've been here. And we rely heavily on the technology. Therefore, we rely heavily on Tower to keep that technology rolling. They keep it up to date, and if there's a glitch or a problem, even on an individual level, they're right there next to us fixing it. We never have to wait for them. They take it as seriously as we do.
Tower has really reduced the frustration and improved efficiency for us on a couple of our computer programs, as opposed to us needing to reach out to find the solutions, they have direct communication with some of our software companies, and they are able to work behind the scenes to solve issues for us and improve our efficiency without providing us with too much downtime. So instead of us waiting on a help desk or on a tech line or a chat line with the software that we're having an issue with, they have a team that they work with, and they're able to resolve it for us.
Our real purpose here at Tower is to show the world there's a better way to do business. We lead with others first. We see what we can give as opposed to what we can get from our clients, and intention makes a real difference. We also really focus on hiring people that love what they do and love helping people.
I think our longevity with Tower speaks for itself in terms of how happy we've been having them partner with us through the years and help us build our business. In terms of technology, just love working with them. They've been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I do do that. And I just want to say that the people there are what make it one of the best places that we work.
