So I decided to hire a coach because I hit a point in my career journey and growth where I am leading the largest team that I've ever led. I'm in a new functional area and just needing some reinforcement and how I did the self assessment of my leadership style. So I selected Gisele as a coach after interviewing a handful of other coaches. First and foremost, I think she and I just connected. I really liked her philosophy of introspection, and it's just been really helpful to feel like I have someone who is getting to know me personally, getting to know my style, getting to know the unique challenges that I am facing at this point in my career, and that every conversation is a build on that relationship. I would definitely say that I've grown as a leader since the time that I started working with Gisele. She's really helped me build a common language with my team as we start to think about operating norms, defining our values, defining the purpose and the vision of the team and how to do that in a way where I am leading and offering a point of view, but also inviting the leaders on my team to help form that with me. If I were going to recommend Giselle, like, probably the strongest thing I could tell you is that you will not regret your time connecting with Gisele. Again, the amount of passion she puts into her work, the experience and thought she puts into the research and being on top of, like, best practices and new methodologies. Anyone who is fortunate enough to get to work with her will be better off because of that coaching relationship.
