The biggest pains that most EMS providers face when they're dealing with billing companies is ensuring the proper reimbursement is done, making sure they're compliant, and ensuring that your fees are as low as possible, because you can take that money and then translate that over and use it for additional equipment. Ventilators, IV pumps, things like that. Some of the reasons why we selected Digitech was their competitive bid, and they're known for their extremely competitive billing process, but also their customer service supplementation process was actually pretty smooth. They did it in a short order. We were kind of in a compressed time frame when we started that process. So Digitech has had a big impact on Cole County. The savings that we're starting to see and that we'll have over the life of this contract has enabled us to do multiple things in order to increase our care capabilities. So our biggest thing is we want to provide the best patient care we possibly can to our citizens and visitors here in Cole county and to our state's capital. And by having Digitech as part of that process, we're comfortable with the fact that they have the same values that we do. So, so if Digitech suddenly wasn't able to perform our billing services, that would likely increase our billing cost, first off, which would have an impact on our operational capabilities. It would also create concerns for us to ensure that the next person we selected were as compliant and took that compliance to such great heartache that Digitech does. So that would be a great concern for us. So I would absolutely recommend Digitech to my colleagues. Their level of compliance is second to none. I've worked with several different billing companies, and this is the one that I have complete faith in. Having them as a partner in our billing process has been an excellent choice for the county and for our EMS providers.
