The reason why I chose Kenny's Carpets to shop at Number one. They are highly recommended in the area. They're well known. They have a variety of different carpets and rugs and other flooring. I know they know their stuff and they're willing to take individual time to help me. They had such a variety of selection. However, when I started walking into the store, it was laid out easier for me to see all of the different colors and kinds and options so I could narrow down my search. They asked great questions and allowed me to take some time and pick multiple options to narrow it down. So they really stuck with me through the entire thing and didn't rush me through which I appreciated. The workmanship was really spot on and we were very happy. They were clean, they were neat, they were very respectful of our home and we were very impressed overall. We have multiple rooms with high traffic, a lot of wear and tear, and we've had no issues with it for them to have to come back. So the quality of their products has been great.
