I joined tab in late 2018. What impressed me about the TAB process was looking back over my own business history and running a small business, I realized that my circle of influence, my circle of resources to draw upon in making decisions was pretty small. And I realized that that's the case for a lot of business owners. And so being able to work with business owners to provide them something that I didn't have as a business owner was really appealing to me. I think some of the skills that an individual really needs to have or be willing to develop in order to be a TAB business owner is a desire to work with people, a desire to help them build their business and grow as individuals. Really the desire to connect and really help them set goals and then follow up on those goals to improve their lives and their businesses. It's been really rewarding for my wife and I to work together and sit in meetings because that experience of having the business owner being able to relate to both of us and have both of our backgrounds, being able to be brought into the conversation has been really helpful. And then certainly we have different skill sets. And so to be able to leverage off of each other's strengths has been a real benefit to building our business. The leadership at TAB headquarters has been nothing but pleasurable. It's been such a great resource to us in running our business and just feeling the community with the other business owners. There's just a great feeling of camaraderie and support. Everybody's always helpful and willing to share best practices and ideas and sometimes support each other when they're facing challenges. We've had nothing but great experiences working with other business owners within TAB and certainly within the corporate headquarters. To get business owners from different industries together to work on their businesses, to work on the issues they face, and to experience this instant empathy that comes into the room when everybody around the table is there for one, for one purpose only, and that is to help each other build their businesses. And that's just been really, it's been really great to witness that again and again. One of the great things we love about working with business owners is that business owners are genuinely interesting people. They're exciting people, they have great ideas, they're. They're forward thinking. It's a. It's a really rewarding experience. And so for anybody exploring the possibility of working with tab, as a TAB business owner, I would say be prepared to meet a lot of really interesting people and learn so much about so many different industries. That's one of the things that's been most exciting for us.
