You. Owning a TAB business, unlike owning another business, is, first of all, the, the initial fee for becoming a franchise owner is reasonable. You don't have to invest in equipment, you're really investing in intellectual capital and there's a lot of freedom in doing this. So, you know, I'm bringing my best game. I'm bringing all the things that I learned as a corporate executive over the years and I'm able to deploy those. It's fun though, when you get a TAB member and you get to see the enthusiasm they have, you get to see the impact that being in a community of like minded people that are non competing businesses, how the synergy takes place and how they're able to up their game and elevate their effectiveness. And then when you begin to see that take place in increased employee engagement, increased profitability for their company, it's just really exciting to experience that. Our vision is to help business owners in the Midlands grow to double their revenues over a four year period. That's, that's what I really want. I'd love to see all of my TAB members double their revenues over the next four years. You know, I've been asked what kind of person succeeds as a TAB business owner? And I would say that the ideal candidate is somebody that loves people, loves helping people solve problems, loves to celebrate the success of others and they're willing to roll up their sleeves and really get in the boat with them. It doesn't involve any equipment other than this, this equipment here and this equipment here, the head and the heart. And if you've got the head and you've got the heart and you connect those two and you love people and you're a curious person, you're a lifelong learner. I think TAB is a great, great, great franchise opportunity. One that has great rewards with not a lot of risk and certainly a low barrier to entry financially.
