You. One of the differences of owning a Tab business is that Tab leverages my personal and professional background, skills and experience with a proven method for prospecting, coaching clients, and developing my business. No two Tab franchises are alike. It's like jello. Depending on what you put in it, you get the flavor, the texture that you like. The must have skills a Tab franchisee owner should have include the ability to prospect for new members by networking their community, the ability to sell those new members. So to close the deal, to get the price point that you want, that generates the income needed to support the business, and finally to deliver the services. So every new member is buying your Tab coaching services because they believe you can provide them with insights, information and support that they can't get from somewhere else. If I were giving advice to a new Tab owner, the best piece of advice would be to trust the community. And and so that community provides me with additional insights. I know that when I have a need, I can reach out to someone else in the community to ask for their support. We freely share our tools, our experiences, both good and bad, and that allows me, frankly, to learn from someone else's mistakes so that I can be more productive. I love what I do, and my prospects can tell that I have a passion for coaching. And that passion has grown since I bought my business. And you see the impact you have not only on the business, but the incomes of the owners, the jobs that you help retain or create or in some cases enhance. In my fourth year now, I've come to appreciate that for me, Tab gives me an opportunity to focus on supporting the business community. And that's what Tab is all about, making the community around you just a little bit better, one member at a time.
