I discovered tab about 18 years ago and I became involved with TAB as a contract facilitator for a couple years, and then I bought a TAB franchise here in Austin, Texas 15 years ago. The type of people that thrive inside the TAB environment are people that love, love business, love entrepreneurship, and enjoy learning, enjoy collaborating, and enjoy helping business owners succeed. In terms of must haves, it's really much more about the ability to be able to be a great facilitator and a great coach. Well, the perks of being a Tab business owner are numerous, obviously, or I wouldn't be here as long as I have. You very much get to create your own hours. You get to spend time with the types of people that you want to spend spend time with. The Tab community is an incredible asset. I've made some amazing friends. I've learned a ton from the members of the Tab community, and we do a lot of business together. Over Tab's 30 year history, Tab has developed some fabulous strategic planning tools, assessment tools, operational business planning tools. If you follow this system, you're going to be successful. Most of the people in the Tab community, in the TAB franchisee community are highly experienced business experts, coaches, facilitators, you know, directors, former executives, and most people that have been in TAB as a business owner for a while would tell you, despite their long, illustrious career, that TAB is the most rewarding thing that they've ever done. I have 10 boards here in Austin. I love doing what, what I'm doing. I love helping business owners. I get tremendous satisfaction out of watching our TAB members that might join when they have a couple employees and then, and then seven, eight, 10 years later, they have 200 or 2,000 employees. I get tremendous satisfaction out of that. So as far as my vision goes, I don't want to change a whole lot. I mean, I've been, I've been at this for a long time. Every year I do it, it becomes more satisfying and I hope to do it until I can't think anymore. SA.
