David Vogel argues that video builds trust and drives customer choice. He compares two equally qualified chiropractors: one with testimonial videos gets picked over the one without. One minute of video, he claims, equals 1.6 million words.

Let me ask you that question differently. How much time have you spent on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok this week? Come on, be honest. How many videos did you watch this week on your smartphone? Yes, not only is video entertaining, it is the most effective and engaging way to share information. My name is David Vogel. I'm the owner of Remote Video Testimonials. Using a 100% remote video production service, we capture video testimonials from your customers and personal profile videos to build trust and generate more sales. Today is day 14 of my 30 day video challenge. For the entire month of April, I am creating a video a day with the hopes of inspiring you in your life both personally and professionally. So we all can agree that video is entertaining. But how impactful is it in your decision making? Lets do a little experiment today. If you needed to hire a chiropractor and didn't know one, what would you do? Well, you would most likely go onto Google and do a search and start visiting websites. Let's say you found two chiropractors who had the same years of experience, the same qualifications, offered the same services and were both conveniently located to where you live. The only difference between Dr. A and Dr. B is Dr. A has video on her About Us page where she talks about herself or practice, why she became a chiropractor, and how she approaches patient care. And on the testimonial page, not only are there written testimonials but several video testimonials. With each video you watch, you hear stories from patients of how she cured them of their pain and how grateful they are for finding her. Now you have to make a decision. Which doctor are you going to choose? Dr. A with a profile video and testimonial videos or Dr. B who has just a headshot and maybe a few photos of the office? Do me a favor and put an A or B in the comments area below now. Thank you for doing that. Video is a powerful tool that is impacting how we buy today. Let's face it, it is a whole lot easier to watch a video than read a bunch of text on a webpage. We all know that a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, one minute of video is worth 1.6 million words. Hope you found today's video helpful. If your competition is using video and you aren't, you may be losing business because of it. Please like and share this video and if you have any questions about using video in your business, please message me here. Thanks again for watching and I'll see you tomorrow.
