Before I started the program with Amare Health, I was going through postpartum. I was feeling depressed about how I felt, how I was tired, my weight and just not having the stamina in order to continue. I would just struggle just to make it through the day. I would often feel very unhappy and I also would sometimes just get upset with those around me. The best thing about Amare Health for me was the accountability on my part. Every week I went in, I worked with my coach, we sat, we talked about what worked for me, what did not work for me. So Amare Health changed my life because it made me feel better about myself. It helped me to understand the different systems in my body and how they all come together and how just making simple choices can be better for my insides. Overall, Amare Health helped me with my well being. Just for example, I feel well rested. I am able to. My stamina in order to do things with my two young children is so much better.
