Just before I came to Amare Health, I had had shoulder surgery a couple of months earlier and it started gaining weight again, which has been a lifelong problem for me. And I just felt uncomfortable in my skin and I've always been super physically active. So not feeling comfortable in my own skin was really impacting me on a daily basis. For the best thing that I did not even expect after joining Amare Health was the blood work. When it came to Amare Health, they drew blood at my house and I got a 38 page report back that blew my mind. And it is such a thorough study of me, my body, my biology, my genetics, my allergies, everything. It explained a lot of the issues that I have with some of the foods. And they found out I was allergic to shrimp and took me off shrimp. And maybe it was the inflammation from the allergy to shrimp that I ate almost every night in my salad. But I'm probably 80% better and much, much less painful now. So it's fantastic. They discuss your stress, they discuss your physical activity, they discuss your food, your outlook, your depression, whatever it might be. They're not treating just the dollar, they're treating you as a person. It's not just what the scale says. It's everything. It's the whole health of you. I would recomm mari health to anybody who wants to feel a little better, get a little healthier, has possibly some health issues coming up, or is in a health crisis. You definitely know that they care when you're here, they want you to be successful, they want your life to improve. And for me, that's really fantastic.
