I seek Giselle's help. A couple years ago when I felt like I personally needed help in my leadership abilities and running the company. I felt I've been running this company for 29 years, and I needed some guidance in leadership. She really listened, and she was sensitive to me and how, you know, my style of leadership, my style, my business culture. And she was very sensitive to that and. And understood and really. But on the same was critical. I absolutely have grown, and I think I. I have grown, you know, and become a better leader, more decisive, able to have more confidence in making, you know, business decisions and judgment. You know, often take the leadership, the organization, as second, you know, to the business itself. You know, what are you selling? What are you doing? At least I did, and I sort of ignored it. I thought that a lot of things were being taken care of, and they really weren't. So, you know, that's where she really helped me. You know, she's really great, and she really is just. Just really understanding. And, you know, my business went through ups and downs, and we sold at a high in terms of our organization, because I think it was a lot because of her helping me lead this place.
