Our major pain points before we started working with Digitech were centered around reporting and our ability to account for average revenue per call received. Digitech offered us not only a very competitive rate for the processing of the calls, but they also offered a very comprehensive reporting capability and the flexibility to add reports. The staff, including myself, were given the training necessary to become proficient in what we needed to do on our end very rapidly, and they were always available when we had questions. But quite honestly, they did a very good job of explaining what we had to do and providing us with the materials. The culture of South Metro and Digitech, I think, are very closely aligned, and that would go along with our mission and values as well. We're all about providing great patient care, and I believe that they continue that on into taking care of our patients through the billing cycle as well. The feedback that we get from patients who have interacted with the Digitech folks has been all positive. Digitech represents South Metro Fire Rescue in that billing process, and they do a fantastic job of taking care of those people. This is one of the few times in. In past history, I would say, where I could make a recommendation that's completely without reservation. There's been no downside to our relationship with Digitech or something that I would be, I guess you would say, forced to live with. This has all been an entirely positive experience. The customer service and their performance are going to outstrip your expectations.
