Before I came into Amare, I was experiencing a lot of weight gains and mood swings that I couldn't explain. I was overall unhappy. Like, I just didn't feel like myself at all. I tried a bunch of different dieting plans, I tried to visit different types of doctors and nothing worked. Or they told me that it was just something that I would have to live with. I don't think the medical system properly educated me about pcos. They kind of just told me what it was and that it was something I was going to have to deal with, but never gave me any tools of how to deal with it. My first impression of Amare was very positive. I was welcomed and. And when I was sitting down having a conversation, they were listening to what I had to say. The best thing for me about joining Amare was the support system. Everybody there was very friendly and they were cheering me on the entire time. Amare Health has changed my life. By giving my life back beforehand, I was not feeling very confident. I was confused on what I was dealing with and I kind of put myself away from friends and family. And thanks to Amare Medical, I now have so much more confidence. I'm overall happier and really enjoying life. I would definitely recommend Amare Health to anybody and they should go because they are willing to listen to you. They will sit there and let you talk about what's happening and they will figure out a plan that is specific to you.
