You. What prompted me to look for Dr. Okun's help is a little interesting. I actually started with her as her employee while I was working with Dr. Okun. I started hearing a lot of the things that I was experiencing and issues that I was experiencing with my teeth. I had breakage issues and I had clenching issues, which I really did not even realize was going on. I had many years of a lot of teeth extractions and issues where other dentists never explained to me that the problem was being caused by my tooth grinding at night, which I never realized I was even doing. Dr. Okun made me a guard that I wear every night that helps me not, or at least not have the effects of the tooth grinding, as well as a retainer, which is stopping my shifting. So I'm just so thrilled with the outcome. I no longer live in pain. She really takes the time to explain not only your condition, but how it happened and how she can create resolution so that you don't have to live in pain, you don't have to live in discomfort. You don't have to live with not liking the way your smile looks. I have the privilege of being able to work with her every day, so I truly get to see what most patients don't see. And that's how she prepares for her patients and the late hours she puts in to make sure that she can devote what she needs to devote so that they'll have the maximum outcome.
