Before I came to Amare, I was dealing with digestive issues, autoimmune disease, fatigue, low energy. I just couldn't get a handle on my health. For the past eight years I had seen regular doctors and each one wanted to just put a band aid on the symptoms and I wasn't happy with that. So I sought out two other functional integrative medicine doctors and they worked for a short time. But I wasn't finding the answer that I really needed. The best thing about joining Amare Health is not that I feel digestively so much better and it's not that I've lost a little weight and gained muscle. My energy is back. It's the fact that my confidence has returned. I have to say my life has changed dramatically over these last couple of months since being with Amare. I feel so good physically, but I also feel my confidence has returned and I'm living the life I was meant to live. I am 100% confident that I can continue to do what I have learned to do with their help and occasional check ins that this will be my new lifestyle.
