So one of the sources that I have that I'm always turning on first in new markets is HomeBuddy. The exclusive leads that they provide is paramount. HomeBuddy's made a very big impact in our business as well as my life as a, as a VP of marketing. When it comes to generating and receiving quality leads that we turn into net revenue. I'm always looking for sources where I can continue to go after and spend more money with those particular sources. We look at our conversion metrics on the call center side and on the sales side and they tend to suffer. Whereas when homebody is able to provide us an exclusive lead, we're able to convert that lead into a set appointment, get our rep into the home and be able to generate a net sale. And to give you an example, when I started at Zyntex, we were only covering four different markets in March of 2021. We've now expanded where we're covering 16 different markets into four different states. We're pace this year to do somewhere between 3.5 and $3.7 million net off of HomeBuddy's leads. HomeBuddy consistently ranks in the top five of our lead sources when it comes to net revenue that we produce, as well as a consistent cost of marketing percentage. The communication that we receive in a timely manner from HomeBuddy is very important to me where it's not like they're just setting it and forgetting it. And I know from talking to our representative with homebody that she's constantly optimizing and looking at where can she generate more leads in those particular zip codes that generate more net revenue for us because of home Buddy's team and the optimization that they're able to do and work with your team to find out how collectively they can generate more net revenue for you. So I definitely give them five stars if it was. I'd give them six if I could. Sam.
