The AI Agent That Never Sleeps — How OneMob Turns Cold Leads Into Warm Conversations

Sethi Ilya, CEO of OneMob, explains how AI video agents handle 24/7 sales outreach without hallucinating, automatically summarizing conversations back to your CRM. HPE generated $25 million in pipeline in one quarter using the platform, with a 62% email click-through rate.

Hi, my name is Gerhard Schwartler and welcome to Selling Power TV. Today we have the great pleasure of speaking with Sethi Ilya. He is the founder and CEO of OneMarv. Welcome, Sethi.
Thank you, Gerhard. Nice to be here.
You have been one of the pioneers that offer video for sales productivity, and I wanted to know what got you started. Where did you see the pain?
The pain started when I was at salesforce.com spending a lot of time working with partners, customers, prospects, and really talking about how do I, as a seller, how do I make a bigger impact with my outreach when I'm dealing with so much noise? What started OneMob was really this idea of using video as a hook and thinking, well, if I can make it really easy to just record a quick video and send it to a client, will that get their attention? And then the platform evolved to being more of an experience platform where I can also sell other types of content and put together a more immersive collection of content and media in one place through these microsites. So then I can ultimately provide one link in one place that I could track. And now all of a sudden, even if I don't get a response, I get engagement.
What is the difference now between videos that you can record yourself as a salesperson and send it to the customer versus an AI-generated video that you send to the customer.
Videos that you record yourself and you send, those are generally great for just quick personal one-off videos. AI videos, on the other hand, generally are better for education. Those are good videos as explainers, as instructional, as educational, versus, you know, oh, I'm gonna make AI video that just talks to Gerhard.
You are talking about the 24/7 availability of AI video agents. That work quietly in the sales funnel. Can you explain that?
Our repository of content is becoming an educational system, and so we ended up building agents. We gave our agents a face, so we have about 200 different faces you can choose from, and you can educate it with your content. Think of it like a ChatGPT, but it's now focused. It's focused on, this is the event details, this is the product details. When as a seller, they can roll these agents out, they can deploy them on their website, they can deploy them on the microsites, and you can just physically talk to it. And as you're talking, the agent's listening and it's seeing your face reactions. The agent will look at the content you give it and it will give you a response. That way it's more nuanced because we restrict the knowledge around the content. If you ask it questions that are outside the scope, it's not going to hallucinate and make things up. It's going to just say, hey, you know what? That's outside of my scope. Let me connect you with a real person, which is what we want. We summarize the entire conversation between the agent and the recipient. We send that back to the CRM. We send it back to the seller and say, hey, when you were gone, these were the conversations I had, and these are the next steps that you should take with each of the visitors.
How does the AI-driven video experience move the needle and accelerates the pipeline?
Our platform is designed to get the message out, And then when it's out, we want to just focus on, well, who's engaged, who's looking, who's browsing, who's talking to agents, who's watching videos, who's looking at content. Okay, now we create our own mini funnel where we kind of score these leads or these visitors, and we tell the sales managers and the sales sellers, hey, of these 200 leads you've uploaded into the platform, these are the top 20 that are engaged this week. So then all of a sudden the sellers aren't just cold calling. They're warm calling, they're focusing on the right folks, and the platform is looking at that other 180 and it's gonna continue to nurture them. This is about giving the sales managers visibility on, of all of the pipeline that has been forecasted, these are the ones that are actually going to have some level of engagement, which most likely will hit that probability.
Can you share a success story where OneMob made a significant difference in either the pipeline or revenue generation?
Probably see the Most immediate one that comes to my head is what we're doing right now with HPE. So HPE is using OneMob across North America and EMEA. What they've done is they built these templates, they deployed them to all their sellers. They have told me folks who use OneMob are getting a 62% email click-through rate. They can see who clicked, they can see who completed the registration, who hasn't. In one quarter alone, the team that launched OneMob generated $25 million in opportunity pipeline using the platform.
There are a number of video platforms on the market like, uh, Vidyard, Loom, or BombBomb. What is the key differentiator? What do you like to explain to the buyers on how OneMob's AI approach is fundamentally different?
What's different about OneMob is, again, we will personalize at scale. So this video, this email will stay not just the video thumbnail, but it will be personalized to Richard. Then when they click on it, we're not just showing a video, we are building an experience. So here I'm telling Richard, hey, we got a special offer for you. You want to meet with your concierge? Here's their calendar. We are building essentially a mini microsite, a mini website for this client. And then let's say I have a question. Boom. You launch the agent and I can start to talk to the agent. Hi, I'm going to be at the Venetian this weekend in Las Vegas. And I wanted to take my family out, what do you recommend I do? Enjoy a gondola ride along the Grand Canal. Kids love the singing gondoliers. Explore the Grand Canal shops. There's a fun LEGO store and interactive art installation. That's really the biggest differentiator is that we're not just thinking about one mod being only about video. It's about creating experience, building out a microsite, adding all the content that's templatized for you by your team. So that sellers can run these campaigns. The sellers get all the engagement data and the agents can handle the conversations when the sellers are away.
How can people get a demo?
If they want to get a demo, they can go to onemob.com. They can sign up for a free account. And then if they want to see our pro plan, they can upgrade. Or if they'd like a demo, they can just at onemob.com schedule that. And we're happy to walk them through the platform and get their questions answered.
Thank you, Scotty.
All right. Take care.
