The Network-Based CRM for the Agentic Era

Nikolaus, founder of PipelineCRM, rebranded the company to Coivera and launched CRM XO, an AI-native platform addressing traditional CRM problems like low adoption and poor data quality. The platform promises 80% cost reduction and can import 18,000 product items in one hour, while keeping salespeople as essential connectors rather than replacing them.

There has been a rebranding effort over the last 2 months, and the company is now called Coivera.
Well, I was wondering why that was up there.
So wow. Yeah, thank you. Thank you. Yeah, we felt there is too many companies with a similar name, and all of that was basically pushing us, our thinking that are to not only through AI, but definitely what happened in the last couple of years. What we have done is that the name Pipeline is very static. And so we created this new name, or I came up with that with Coebera, and it speaks so much because if you separate the name a little bit, it stays at the end is for the new area. I think nobody doubts about that. We live in a new area. We see that every day. The EV is about evolution. I believe more in evolution because revolution is mainly whatever we see around the world is one bullshit to another bullshit. Yeah. Sorry to say that, but that's the reality. And CO stands for collaboration. Tell me one thing that cannot be done without collaboration. Every problem what we have, we have to collaborate and we have to collaborate with our customers, with our teammates, with the salespeople, with everyone in the company. And so came Coivera, formerly PipelineCRM.
Congratulations.
Yes. So basically, I think what we try to do is that, and we have done so much work in the last couple of years, as you see, we are believing in the revenue network, creating a new category. And what we try to do is really to address the problem, facing the problem that it is. The old CRM bills you twice in cash and selling. We know it's not from us that 72% is busy work for most of the people, but it's only not even more than 30% of selling. Yeah. So people have a low adoption. Most systems are not adopted. And that is basically a problem of the data because you see the data are getting wrong results. If you build something like AI on top of wrong data, what do you get out? Garbage. Because you put garbage in. And I think that's the problem that we are facing today. And in my opinion, the industry has, as you can see, a lot of the whole matrix is costing the company a lot of integration and admin and stuff like that. And we revolutionized in that area, evolutionized to the next level. So what we did is this is the AI native revenue platform that I call it right now CRM XO. Why? Because you see, as you can see, other CRMs are just putting AI in or they have not the stuff behind. And so it needs the trust and the output. Yeah, because the output is when people are using a system that you are use really why, why we use it because you like it. Yeah, you have no one to convince like my son when he is using his iPhone. I have not to convince him. I have to convince him to get off the phone and not using the phone. And on the cost side, yeah, that's the interesting thing. On the cost side, we have come up with a completely new approach. Yeah. And this new approach is, in my opinion, radical. And it gives you a proven spending less up to 80%. I cannot stress that enough. Yeah. Why? Because out of technology, you will see that in a couple of seconds, we can create a system on the fly with the new technology that is out there. And because it's not bolt-on-top-of-it, it is giving you 80% cost reduction. In times like that, guys, this is a lot of money for big companies. Yeah, it's not only on the system integrators, but it's also on the administration, how to run it. And And everything is about fastness. You need speed today. You have to bring the horsepower really to the street. And then basically it's about more how your company is also using the software and getting more revenue in and to help the people really to model that. The reps need something. You will see. And so AI, and that's the big difference that I feel that we are I'm stressing, AI should empower your people and not replace them. I cannot stress that enough because a lot of systems today coming up and removing the humans, yeah, whatever you hear, I feel this is totally wrong because we believe it is changing of jobs, yes, changing of task, yes, changing of activities that you really have to execute with your customer, but what becomes it becomes more basically important, the relationship that you have to build. Everything is about relationship. If you have real relationship, it builds trust. And trust is the future. We have to trust that we are getting in an airplane, that the airplane, the captain is bringing us there, even if he's using maybe 80% of his time and he's just monitoring that. But trust is the ultimate of everything. And what we believe is more to empower them, to empower the people, the salespeople, and not to replace them. And I think the promise is from our side, we help you to grow your people and never replace them. And that doesn't mean that we cannot optimize everything in that area, but we want to give or we give people a real tool in their hands. And if you compare that right now a little bit what is out there in the industry, then you will see This is my next slide, is that the only platform that we built, and it took me 14, 15 years to build that. It's a long time. But think about that. When you are building something from bottom up, it takes time. It takes time to be good. It takes time to be showing and making your mark. And I think we did that. Think about the Butch in Dubai, in the Emirates. You have to dig first really deep before it shows up. And you see on the left side, basically, there are the leaders in our industry. And on the bottom right side, it's the new native challengers. But no one has the architecture because You need, when you go to the mid-market where we are B2B, we are B2B in the process-oriented industry where really you have more people that you have to manage. You need something that has the depth of the technology and the right approach. And we come from this approach from that the human is the most important part in everything what we do. Said that, what is the technology behind everything? We created, we called it the Coevera Voyager Layer. And you see the new protocol, what a lot of people are talking about, MCP servers and stuff like that. It's a layer. It's like OpenAI. It's like everything. It needs to be embedded. Yeah. And as you can see, it's embedded in that stuff. Yeah. And we need to embed the stuff in that area. Give you a little bit of an overview. This is just our slides. Yeah, I cannot go into the detail, but if I show something or write on and I want to end with basically something on selling power, then we use the AI. Yeah, org chart. But I want to see who is behind that. And instantly he's creating that in a second for you automatically where you can see the people behind, like here Gerhard and all the others. And the records will be created so you don't have to create the records anymore. You can right now definitely make some changes. And you can say about influencing stuff like that. But the point of all of that is, you are in control, you make the decision, you are the driving force, you are the last one who should— and this is what AI should do. It should be our assistant and not replacing us.
Wow, I love what you shared. How quickly are you seeing adoption of this?
Well, fantastic. We have some very interesting projects where one of the most problems that you have facing today is when you speak with midsize, bigger companies, you go there and the requirements, and when they can, what AI can do today, fantastic. You speak with them and you record the speech. It creates a document and the document can be fed to the MCPs or to the technology we have. And you can make in, in, in, in, in a almost an couple of days a prototype that they can see that, you see, this is the revolution that we do. Yeah. And when you see that are basically they are creating— I give an example. We had one customer right now with 18,000 product items. 18,000. It's a lot. Yeah, I would say it's a lot. Yeah. It was in 1 hour created the whole stuff in 1 hour. Yeah. He created the 18,000 categories and the product and everything. And we showed that the customer, you could not believe it. Yeah. I feel this is our horsepower on the street. Yeah.
You have always been on the front end of—
Thank you.
—dramatic changes.
I mean, that's what I've liked about you. Every time I talk with you, and it's been a couple of years since we last talked, so, man, we got to talk more. This is a game changer. Gerhard, what are your thoughts?
Well, I'm blown away. I think that Nikolaus is a revolutionary thinker and he's from Austria. I'm from Austria. So we both agree with each other that there is a better way. And you think about all the innovation that Pipeliner has created where you were sort of a a me-too CRM solution. And over the last 14 years, you have transformed that into a new solution that is faster, amazingly faster, amazingly better, easier to use, that puts salespeople on steroids to win more market share, create more customers, and do it in a way that's more elegant. It's, there is a style to what you're doing, Nicolas, that is, it's different. It's, you're the Picasso of revenue acceleration.
I think that the thing that we all want to do to the bottom line is at the end of the day, we want that the people that we hired and that we admire very often, that we grow them and see the full potential what is in them. Yeah, the point is, what is the beauty in the future is that we are getting from this approach, not replacing, because this is why I don't like headless. Yeah, I don't like the name headless. Yeah, who wants to be without a head? Yeah, the head is the most important part. Okay, the head and the heart should go together. But the point is salespeople are the most important people in the future. And I can predict that today. Why? Because all other stuff will be done by robots or by automation, by AI in combination with that. But what we don't want is we want to connect with people. And you are at the end of the day buy from people that you trust. The rest the technology and all of that can be done automatically. And we have the different approach. We give all tools to the user, to the human, and the human in the center of everything. And the center of everything is why I believe that salespeople are so important, because you see, they create the world. Because if I buy a ring for my wife for, let's say, the anniversary, I want a connection, and then I create something what I call wealth. But at the same time, I'm not punching the guy in the face because he would not sell me the ring. Yeah. And so therefore, there is a peace component, and peace is the only part that brings prosperity. And prosperity comes to people. Look at that in the city, the mid-sized— the more a city is healthy, the more you have middle class. And if the middle class is gone, and so we strengthen to our solution the user, the human, and that's what it's all about in the future. Can you imagine when we would empower salespeople worldwide? They are undervalued, they are underappreciated, underpaid often, but they are the most important in the future. The rest probably the robots will do, but not this one.
Nicholas, I want to thank you for educating us, but also for elevating the profession of selling and not look at a salesperson as an expense item, but look at a salesperson as the frontline connector to the customer that improves our business.
Yeah, it needs, it needs a lot of our I think real knowledge transfer people, and that's why I also believe that the people there are a little bit more experienced have so much to offer. They are not to be replaced, exactly the opposite. Because you see, most people think that sales is, oh, if you don't have a good job, you end up in sales. It's exactly the opposite. It's so complicated because you have to read the people. You have to understand that you have to tone your— there is so much to learn. And where you learn that? There is 4,000 courses in the US and only 8%, not even 8% are related to sales. But 30% of the workforce is in sales. Something is wrong here, in my opinion.
Right. And there are a lot of salespeople that make more money than doctors. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Dankeschön, Nicolas. We dropped a link and I encourage everyone to see the demo of Coivera. It's worth your time. Thank you.
Bye, guys. Bye-bye.
