This is a YouTube video titled "📈 2022 Home Value Predictions 📈" featuring Derek McGowan discussing forecasted increases in home values for 2022 based on predictions from Goldman Sachs, Zillow, and Fannie Mae, explaining potential financial gains for homeowners.
2022 is setting up to be another great year for home values. Goldman Sachs just predicted 16% increases next year. Zillow's predicting 14% increases. And more conservatively, Fannie Mae's predicting seven and a half. So even if we use the Fannie Mae conservative number, let's say it's a $400,000 house and someone is buying today, that's still $32,000 they would gain next year. That's like $3,000 a month bonus you give yourself. And if it's on the more lenient side of those predictions, now you're talking $6,000 a month that a homeowner would bonus themselves. So big things happening in the real estate world.
