This is a YouTube video titled "Ep 72 🚨 Latest Housing Trends are more Favorable for Buyers 🚨" containing a monologue or single-speaker commentary from September 2, 2021, discussing recent trends in the housing market, including reduced competition and lower offer prices compared to earlier in the year.
According to Redfin.com only 60% of home offers have faced stiff competition recently. That's down quite a bit from the 74% was back when it peaked in April. I was talking with the real estate agent the other day and they were talking about when they're listing a home, they're getting 5 or 8 offers instead of 25 offers on it. So it's so busy, but not near as busy as it's been. We've seen a lot of offers we five or ten grand over list price, as opposed to up to fifty grand over list price earlier this year. So important to note that the latest trends in the market are opening up a little bit for buyers.
