This is a YouTube video titled "💫 First Time Homebuyer Grant 💫" created on July 18, 2021, featuring Patrick Bet-David discussing a potential Biden administration grant program offering up to $25,000 for first-time homebuyers, explaining eligibility criteria and encouraging viewers to stay tuned for updates.
The Biden administration is in the talks of coming out with a first time home buyer grant of up to $25,000. Interested to see if you may qualify? Well, if your parents never owned a home and you haven't owned a home in the last three years, you already have the first $20,000 of that. Then if your income is no greater than your area average, you then could qualify for an additional 5,000, taking that total to $25,000 for your down payment on your new home. Now, this is still in the talks, so stay tuned and I'll keep you up.
