Happy New Year from Tao. The team and I here at McGowan Mortgages. 2024 was definitely one for the memory books. In 2024, we put a lot of resources into relationships with our clients, with our realtors, and with our investors. You know, they help us open up more streamlined underwriting, better options, better rates, so we can look great on this side of things with our clients and our realtors. So we're super thankful and blessed for all the support we received all the way around. And still in a difficult real estate and mortgage market, we helped over 250 families get the best financing on their home. Couldn't do it, guys. Trusting in us, we don't take that lightly. Maintained us as the number one loan officer at nexa, the largest mortgage broker in the country. So it's definitely a blessing and it's kind of fired me up to make sure I really dive in and take things to a whole other level in 2025. Quarter one of 2025, very soon. We'll talk about it more later. Rolling out a whole new initiative to streamline every single process of every conversation we have. I think our clients and our realtors are really going to like it. We're excited for 2025.
