HERO Home Program

The questions we hear often are how does this program help me save? What makes this program so great? And I'm here today to answer all of those questions for you. The key factors that really make this program stand out. We shop the entire country coast to coast to make sure you get the best incentivized interest rates. We are oftentimes able to qualify you for even more of a home loan. We have low and no down payment home loan options and I've been fortunate enough to be a top 1% loan officer amongst all lenders in the country. But I'm centrally located right here in Kansas City and serve our local heroes in Missouri and Kansas where 99% of basin lenders are only able to offer one rate option for your financing. Our setup allows us to shop 50 plus different banks, lenders, investors, they all compete for your best financing. When banks compete, you win. Win. It's common for many of our local heroes to have student loans for example, which can hinder their ability to qualify for the amount they need. Where Most lenders calculate 1% of the balance as the estimated payment. When qualifying, we can do a half percent of the student loan payment which has really made a substantial difference for our clients financing. For example, if someone had a $50,000 student loan balance, most lenders would do a $500 a month estimated payment. That's 1%. We can do $250 a month in that same scenario. Now this person can use that extra 250dol saved to extra qualify for the home loans they need. We have low down payment options, 3.5% FHA, 3% down conventional, 0 down USDA and VA and even a 0 down FHA grant program is something special that we do all of these options. We search 50, 60 plus banks or lenders to find the best fit for you. So if there's a program out there, we can find the best version of it to fit your needs.
