Holiday Wins 🎅🎄

With the holidays upon us, it's a good reminder we're not just getting people loans, it's way bigger than that. We're getting families into homes. And in that same spirit, here's a couple really cool examples that just popped up. So Friday, December 13, probably a day I'll remember forever, we had quite the flurry of things happen. We had a family that was under contract with another lender about to close and then they couldn't get the deal done. So we had to jump in and save it and keep closing on track for one week on Friday, December 20, at another client that was doing a cash out refi on an existing property, using those funds as the down payment to purchase the next property. They needed to close within six business days on Monday the 23rd. And then we had another client call in that was under contract on four DSCR investment properties. The other lender couldn't get the job done. So we had two weeks on December 27, the following Friday to close those loans. With Christmas in the middle, holiday times are busy for anybody, any company right now. But then you really kind of put it to the test where there's seven rushes come in at the end of the week that we had to get done before the end of the month. The team doubled down. We held true to our promise of revamping the whole mortgage world. We want to push the limits of what's possible. We got all seven loans closed on time. That's my holiday celebration going into 2025.
