This is a YouTube video titled "💫 How to get Your Closing Costs Covered 💫" containing a single-speaker explanation from July 19, 2021, about a creative method for buyers to cover closing costs by incorporating them into the offer price and financing. The content focuses on real estate transaction strategies and does not involve multiple speakers or Derek McGowan.
One creative way that many buyers of mine have their closing costs covered is by rolling them in more or less to the offer. So for example, if they had an offer except at 300,000 with the seller, they could bump that to 306, get a $6,000 seller credit back. So it's 306 minus 6 right back around the 300 on the seller side. That allows the buyers to roll the closing costs into the financing in a fair way. And the extra 6,000 is only 30 bucks a month in the payment. Very affordable. The most affordable way to do this SA.
