Mortgage rates reach their lowest levels of 2025. And just like that, buyer activity is picking up. Just the last week alone, mortgage applications are up 20.4%, the most mortgage applications since October, which is also the last time mortgage rates were this low. You can see it's like a faucet that turns on and off buyer activity. And coupled with we're going into the warmer months and naturally on a seasonal basis, there's about 20% more transactions each month in the warmer months as opposed to the cold months. So we're going into buying season. Mortgage rates are helping look for the housing market to pick up.
