Foreign. Walk through that real quick. So on the front page, the very first page, it'll show a breakdown of your monthly payment. It'll then show the escrows, any potential HOA fees, and have an estimated cash and close and closing cost. Then on the second page, it dives into the details a little further. I'll walk through it with you. So section A, that's going to have your lender fees, your underwriting fees. Section B is going to have the estimated appraisal fee if you happen to be a loan that has an appraisal waiver. Still, oftentimes the lender will put a placeholder appraisal fee on there. It will fall off, however. And then even on a loan with an appraisal, when the appraisal payment is paid up front, initial stages of the loan, it then falls off prior to closing. So just wanted to mention, that's a unique one there. That still has to be a placeholder. They have to mention it. It can always be removed. If there's not an appraisal or if it's paid in advance, then you have the credit report fee. It's usually an estimate at this stage. There has to be a receipt for every single line item on that.
