With so many millennials entering the first time home buyer stage, demand is going to be high for the foreseeable future. On the supply side, builders are having a tough time getting houses to the market. There's supply chain shortages, chip shortages, labor shortages. So supply is going to stay tight. That's going to keep home prices going upwards at a quick pace. Then interest rates are cheaper now than they will be for the foreseeable future. So you can buy a house cheaper today, get a better loan today than you can this time next year. Still a good time to buy.
