When it comes to real estate, there's not really any waiting and buying at the exact perfect time. You're not waiting and buying the dip. It's not so much timing the market. It's time in the market. If you look at the last 81 years, real estate values have went up 73 of those years. And if you look at the last hundred years, every single decade real estate values have been up between 30% on the low end and 60% on the high end. So you're not going to go back 5, 10, 15 years and find somebody that's upset because they purchased a house back then. Same thing. If you look forward in five, 10, 15 years, you're not going to be mad at yourself if you bought a house and started gaining equity right away. Again, it's not timing at the exact perfect time. It's time in the market. Let it work for you. That's how you win.
