Normally what happens with the bank and lender is they just use the appraisal company they have to use and they just click a button and that's all the more that they know the appraisal comes back there's no relationship there. We now can exped guide our turn times. We also have more say so if something doesn't look right on the appraisal we can go straight to management and ownership over there and get things figured out. So we have a lot more leeway and it's already started improving loans In December of 2024 quicker turn times, more accurate appraisal values and overall better experience.
