This is a YouTube video titled "💫 Today’s Housing Outlook 💫" containing a monologue or presentation from July 19, 2021, discussing the current housing market conditions, including home building rates, construction delays, and rising interest rates impacting potential homebuyers.
Common question in today's housing market. Should I buy now? Should I wait until I buy? What's the best call now? Help is on the way eventually. Builders are building 67% more homes right now that they've started. But the problem is they're actually at a pause where they're overworked right now, and they can only build so fast. That helps, really, coming so quickly. While that's happening, interest rates are increasing. Rates are supposed to go up 3.8of a percent by the end of the year. That's going to cost the average homeowner 25 to 30 grand. So I don't know if it's worth waiting for. Sa.
