Pretty cool new update just now from Freddie Mac. So it used to be if you're buying a two to four unit property as a primary residence, meaning you would occupy one of the units, rent the remaining ones out to keep it conventional financing, which helps boost one's ability to get an offer accepted. You had to put a minimum of 15% down. Well, they're unwinding that and pulling that back to just 5% minimum down payment starting November 15th. So I wanted to announce at the moment it hit the press, a pretty cool new update to look out for.
