So if you fall in love with the house, you can act fast and be prepared with a full on pre approval to really get your offer accepted and make it stand out from the rest of the pre qualified buyers. But also you want to make sure you're looking at the right parameter of houses. You want to make sure you qualify for that house. You know what the payment's going to be, you know what the down payment is. I mean, think about it. You're going out and looking, you're going shopping, you kind of want to know what the price tag is going to be for you. We know what the price of the house is, but we can strategize to help you get a better deal. I could run your loan through underwriting up front. So to then show the sellers.
