This is a YouTube video titled "Wanna know who’s better than Mahomes?! #homeloans #homebuyer #interestrates #fhaloan #bank" created on March 18, 2023. The content features a single speaker discussing the housing market as an investment, comparing its winning percentage to that of NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and highlighting current market conditions favorable to homebuyers.
Being from Kansas City, I have no choice but to acknowledge Patrick Mahomes and all of his greatness. He's the winningest quarterback in modern NFL history with a record of 64 and 16. That's an 80% winning percentage. But did you know there's just one player, one competitor with a better winning percentage. They come in at 73, 7 and 1. It's a 91% winning percentage. Who is it? It's the housing market. This is arguably the best investment of all time. They're the undisputed heavyweight champ of the world, and that's just because people need homes. It's a super safe investment. Always have, always will. Buyers in the last six months have actually been pretty fortunate to buy these houses at a discount because we're still way in balance. There's a ton of demand, low supplies. So if you're trying to buy a home, that window is really closing, where the home buying frenzy picks right back up and prices shoot through the roof.
