But little do people know. They actually gathered this data last Monday, they published it last Thursday. So it's far outdated and in the fine print. There's points and fees. So if we unwind those points and fees, that's really a 3.75 rate. Last week the markets went up a quarter percent since then. So really rates are at 4%. But the good news, the gallon mortgages we are a quarter percent lower than the market.
