Short scripted promotional/training YouTube excerpt by Derek Cole that introduces a branded HVAC promise called the “Flash Fast” Guarantee. The core claim: if a customer calls for repair by 2pm, the company will arrive the same day — otherwise the AC repair is free. The piece uses coach-like, upbeat banter between characters (Derek, Simmons) to teach/market the policy.
Call by 2pm.
