This is a YouTube video titled "Average WORK = Average INCOME 🤷♂️" containing a motivational monologue by Devin Zander recorded in February 2024. In this content, Devin emphasizes the importance of focused, high-quality work and learning from experienced individuals to avoid average results in business and productivity.
If you don't know how to do what you're doing yet, then yes, go learn. Or go hire someone who's already done it before. Learn from them. Skip the learning curve entirely by having them install their system into your business. But you cannot show up doing average amount of work. You can't be watching Netflix. You can't constantly be distracted. You can't constantly be changing your business model. You can't constantly looking for shiny objects. You need to just put in the work. So many times I see people doing average amounts of work like they will take six hours to do something that a one percenter could do in 20 minutes.
